What are the check-in and check-out times at Marsol?
Check-in starts at 12:00 PM, and check-out before 11:00 AM. We offer flexible options subject to availability.
How can I make a reservation at Marsol?
You can make a reservation online through our website, or you can contact reception by phone or email.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or modify as long as it is within the cancellation period.
Are there any parking options available?
Yes. We offer parking options for our guests. Please enquire about rates and availability when making your booking.
Are the kitchens fully equipped?
Yes. The kitchens of our apartments are fully equipped with vitro, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils.
Do you offer laundry service?
Yes. We have a communal washing machine and tumble dryer at the disposal of our clients (included in the price).
Do you offer transport from the airport?
Yes. We offer a shuttle service to and from the airport. You can arrange this service when making your booking or by contacting reception.
What is the cancellation policy for reservations?
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
LOW SEASON (all periods not included in High Season dates): free cancellation until 7 days before your expected arrival date. If you fail to do this or in case of no show the hotel will charge the total stay as penalty fee
HIGH SEASON (from June 17th to September 15th both included): free cancellation until 14 days before your expected arrival date. If you fail to do this or in case of no show the hotel will charge the total stay as penalty fee.
LOW SEASON (all periods not included in High Season dates): free cancellation until 7 days before your expected arrival date. If you fail to do this or in case of no show the hotel will charge the total stay as penalty fee
HIGH SEASON (from June 17th to September 15th both included): free cancellation until 14 days before your expected arrival date. If you fail to do this or in case of no show the hotel will charge the total stay as penalty fee.
Is cleaning service provided?
Yes. We provide cleaning service (included in the price).
Do you have cots and do they cost anything?
Yes. Cots are available (on request), free of charge.
Is it quiet at night?
Santa Eulalia is one of the quietest corners of Ibiza — no clubs, no DJ venues, no party traffic near Marsol. Like all of Santa Eulalia, we follow the town's strict noise regulations, which means music from nearby restaurants and chiringuitos stops at the regulated time. You may occasionally hear a little atmosphere from the promenade on a summer evening — this is a living Mediterranean town, and that is part of its charm. But sleep with the balcony door open, hear the sea, and wake up rested? Absolutely. That is the reason most of our guests come back.
Is Marsol open only during the summer??
No — we are open 365 days a year, and many of our guests would argue that April, October and November are the best months of all. The sea is still warm, the island is calm, and the promenade belongs to you. The light in winter Ibiza is something photographers travel specifically to capture. Ask us about our shoulder season rates and we will find the right moment for you.
Do you have a pool?
We don't — and we made that decision deliberately. The sea is ten metres from your door, and the Santa Eulalia beach is your pool — considerably larger than anything we could build. Our guests who come for the sea leave wanting to come back. If a pool is essential to your stay, we are happy to recommend properties that have one — we would rather you find the right fit than be disappointed.
Can you help us plan our stay?
That is exactly what our team is here for. Every member of the Marsol team is from Ibiza — they know which beach is empty on a Tuesday in July, which restaurant has no menu because the fisherman decides it each morning, and which sunset spot does not appear on any list. Tell us what kind of day you are looking for and we will build it around you. No brochure. No script. Just real local knowledge, given with an open heart.
Do I need to bring beach towels?
No — leave them at home. Marsol provides high-quality beach towels for your entire stay, so you can travel light and arrive with one less thing to think about. Simply leave a deposit of €150 at check-in and the towels are yours to use for as long as you are here. And if you love them — which most of our guests do — you can take them home for €59. The Ibiza souvenir that actually gets used.
