1. Booking Validity
A booking is only considered valid and binding once payment has been received and confirmed by Spirulina Properties S.L. Prior to this confirmation, no obligations or rights are established, and no cancellation policy will apply.
2. Booking and Payment Process
Bookings are made through the Marsol Ibiza online system.
The guest must provide accurate personal and credit card information to confirm the booking.
Payment can be made by credit card (immediate confirmation) or bank transfer within 48 hours.
Failure to complete the bank transfer within 48 hours will result in automatic cancellation.
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment currency is Euro.
3. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing toinfo@ibzmarsol.com or via the booking voucher.
General Policy:
Low Season (all dates except June 17 to September 20): Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival according to booked rate (after confirmed payment, not applicable in non-reimbursed rate).
High Season (June 17 to September 20): Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (after confirmed payment).
Special Offer Policy:
Low Season: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (after confirmed payment).
High Season: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (after confirmed payment).
No Show: Failure to check-in for a valid reservation will result in a 100% charge of the total amount.
Important: These cancellation policies only apply to confirmed and paid bookings. If no payment is received, the booking is invalid and no cancellation rights or penalties apply.
Medical Emergency: In case of cancellation due to a medical emergency, the option for free cancellation or rebooking will be considered if valid documentation is provided upon management.
4. Security Deposits
- A deposit €100 in cash or credit card is required at check-in.
- Deposits are refunded in cash or credit card if no damage is reported.
5. Check-in / Check-out
Key collection: 9:00 – 17:00 at Carrer des Riu 54, Santa Eulària des Riu
Check-in: From 16:00 on arrival day
Check-out: Until 11:00 on departure day
For arrivals after 17:00, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance
6. Tourist Tax
€0.50 per person (aged 16+), per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
7. Extra Services
Baby crib: free of charge (upon request at the time of booking)
Breakfast, lunch, or dinner packages: book via website or email info@ibzmarsol.com
8. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must follow community rules (quiet hours from 22:00 to 9:00)
Parties, loud noise, or exceeding maximum capacity are strictly prohibited
Use electricity and water responsibly
Air conditioning turns off automatically when doors/windows are open
Do not hang clothes or towels on balconies
Children must be supervised at all times
The reservation holder is responsible for all guests’ conduct
Damage, Smoking, and Deep Cleaning Policy: Any damage to the apartment, including but not limited to broken items, stains, excessive dirt, or strong odors caused by smoking inside the unit, will result in an additional cleaning or repair fee. A flat fee of €300 will be charged in case deep cleaning or restoration is required due to non-compliance with house rules.
9. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g., fire, flooding), Marsol reserves the right to relocate the guest or refund the amount paid if no alternative is available.
10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Disputes shall be handled by the courts in Ibiza, Spain. EU guests may use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform:http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
